Its a bit less consistent on veggies than my mandolin, but much faster. It makes short work of grating cheeses or vegetables. I like the the performance of the new feed tube design. It can shred a whole block of cheese in just a few seconds, majorly cutting down the prep time needed to make a Thanksgiving-sized batch of homemade mac and cheese.
